“My mother was in desperate need of a dentist. She hadn’t seen one in a few years due to childhood fears from a previous traumatizing experience. Her cheek was extremely swollen though and she needed to see a dentist ASAP. We live in Schiller Park and this location just recently opened. I called Monday morning to make the appointment and they were able to see my mother that afternoon. It turns out, she had an abscess on her tooth that caused an infection in her mouth. Her entire face was swollen. Her tooth needed to be removed, but the swelling and infection needed treatment first. After meeting with both Dr. Chen and Dr. Leung, she was prescribed antibiotics and was asked to come back after a week. After the infection cleared, the doctors were able to successfully remove the infected tooth with no pain. My mother was very adamant about her fears in regards to the pain and the doctors made sure to listen to her fears and address them in a calm fashion. This undoubtedly made the process so much easier for my mother and relieved her nerves for the procedure. My mother is extremely happy with not only the dental services she received, but the customer service as well. I have not visited the facility, but my mother was pleased with how modern and welcoming the office was. She will be coming back and is comfortable now to see the dentist on a regular basis.
